The Prague Workshop on Gender and Family in the Labor Market
This workshop aims to bring together researchers working on topics related to gender and family in the labor market. The goal is to create a regional platform for research on this topic. Submission is open to all researchers, but submissions of researchers from the CEE region are especially welcome. All aspects of gender and family-related issues in the labor market are of interest.
The workshop will be followed by a mentoring event addressed to young researchers, helping them to define career goals and the steps needed to achieve them.
The keynote speakers of the workshop are:
Shelly Lundberg, UC Santa Barbara
Andrea Weber, CEU
The workshop is organized jointly by the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University, IDEA Think Thank by CERGE-EI, and the Virtual Research Collaboration on Gender and Family in the Labor Market (VRC).
