1-Year Post-Doctoral Fellowship on Ageing, Care and Wellbeing at the Sociology and Demography Research Group (DemoSoc)
Working under the direction of Dr. Aïda Solé-Auró (Universitat Pompeu Fabra) and Dr. Bruno Arpino (University of Florence), the post-doctoral fellow will undertake research on ageing, care and wellbeing using longitudinal and cross-national datasets. The selected applicant will investigate how multiple roles influence health and wellbeing of older people and the moderator effects of policies and other contextual factors.

The candidate is expected to start on October 1, 2019. The position will have a duration of 1 year, with a monthly gross salary in the range of 1800 Euros per month (plus Social Security benefits) depending on experience.
There will be no teaching obligation but teaching can be arranged, if desired by the post-doctoral fellow, including short courses organized by DemoSoc.
