The partners of our network have produced a wide range of cutting-edge research on the role of women and men in society and the economy. Take the project “FamiliesAndSocieties”, for example: one of its main reports looks into how the role of the two genders has changed over time. It also presents the implications these changes have for families, societies, and policies, in particular when it comes to the transition to parenthood and how families organise themselves under conditions of uncertainty and precariousness.
