Population Europe welcomes the European Consortium for Sociological Research (ECSR) as its newest collaboration partner!
The ECSR was established in 1991 and works to promote theory-driven empirical research in the field of sociology in Europe. They currently have over 90 European research institutes and university departments as members of their Consortium. Each year, the ECSR organizes conferences and graduate schools, offers visitor grants for graduate students and awards a prize for the best PhD thesis among candidates from their member institutes.
The European Sociological Review (ESR) is the Consortium’s official journal.
