After a summer break, our popular "Tuesday Dialogues" are coming back. Registration is already open. The Tuesday Dialogues are online events about current policy issues, seen from the perspective of research.

The one-hour talks consist of a presentation, followed by questions from the audience. All talks are open to the public, free of charge, and offer English-German simultaneous translation.

Topics this fall include housing, families and education. In the first event, we ask: "Who can still afford to buy their own home?" Sociologist Prof. Philipp Lersch (Humboldt University, Berlin, and German Institute for Economic Research) offers his perspective on the issue of housing access. Join the discussion on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, 1-2 PM CEST.
